Next-Gen Design is a design studio and photography archive based in Melbourne. We shoot events, build brand systems, and design and build the websites that carry them. Having all three under one roof means the photography, the identity and the site do not turn up looking like they came from three different suppliers.

The archive

Every event we shoot gets its own private album on this site, locked behind a six digit code handed out on the night. Guests enter the code and download the full resolution originals as often as they want, with commercial use included. There is no watermark and no paywall. Anyone without the code cannot reach a single file, because the check runs on the server rather than in the browser.

That is the part clients tend to remember. The photographs are the reason you hired a photographer, so we do not hold them back.

What we do

Event coverage is shot on professional bodies with a second camera on hand for every booking, so a hardware failure never costs you the night. Editing is done in house and the finished files are in your album inside five days.

Media design covers the mark, the type, the colour and the rules that hold them together, then extends into 3D modelling, product rendering and motion. Brands that need to move get animation built out of the same system as the print work rather than bolted on afterwards.

Website builds are custom, on WordPress, with no page builder and no marketplace theme. This site is the example: bespoke templates, a gated gallery system, and a speed pass before launch. You get two weeks of support after it goes live and a site you can update without calling us.

The standard

Professional standard is an easy thing to claim, so here is what it means in practice. A second camera body on every booking. Full resolution delivery, never a compressed proxy. Editing finished inside five days. Websites written by hand and checked for speed on a phone before they go live. Downloads that stay private to the people you handed the code to.
