Next-Gen Design

Next-Gen Design is a design studio and photography archive based in Melbourne. We shoot events and we build brand systems. Having both under one roof means the photography and the identity do not turn up looking like they came from two different suppliers.

The archive

Every event we shoot gets its own private album on this site, locked behind a six digit code handed out on the night. Guests enter the code and download the full resolution originals as often as they want, with commercial use included. There is no watermark and no paywall. Anyone without the code cannot reach a single file, because the check runs on the server rather than in the browser.

The photographs are the reason you hired a photographer, so we do not hold them back.

What we do

Event coverage is shot on a professional full-frame body, roaming the room rather than waiting at a fixed point. Editing is done in house and the finished files are in your album inside five days.

Media design covers the mark, the type, the colour and the rules that hold them together, then extends into 3D modelling, product rendering and motion. Brands that need to move get animation built out of the same system as the print work rather than bolted on afterwards.

How a booking runs

Scope

Tell us the date, the room and what the photographs are for. We quote against that, hourly or a flat event rate.

Shoot

We roam the event and shoot stills on a dedicated camera. Guests get the six digit code on the night.

Edit

Every frame is edited in house, then catalogued at full resolution. Five days, not five weeks.

Give away

The album goes live behind its code and every guest downloads whatever they want, as often as they want.

The standard

Professional standard is an easy thing to claim, so here is what it means in practice. A professional full-frame body on every booking. Full resolution delivery, never a compressed proxy. Editing finished inside five days. Downloads that stay private to the people you handed the code to.

Every job is scoped and quoted against what you actually need, so nothing is padded out to fit a package. Talk to us before you set a budget.
